Hon.Fred.N. Udechukwu
Hon. Fred. N. Udechukwu is a (2nd Class Honours Upper Division) graduate of Economics, University of Ife (1980). He holds a Masters Degree in Economics of the University of Lagos. He also holds a Certificate in Project Management from Arthur D-Little Management Institute, Cambridge Massachusetts, USA (1994).
Hon. Fred. Udechukwu started his banking career in the Nigerian Industrial Development Bank Limited (now Bank of Industry) in 1981 as an Investment Executive rising to the rank of a Controller. He went into Commercial Banking from 2003 – 2006 and retired as a General Manager. His banking career spans over 25 years.
He was the pioneer Executive Secretary of the Nigeria Association of Small & Medium Enterprises and was a one time Commissioner of Finance Anambra State (2000-2001), the post he resigned on principles.
He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Global Scansystems Limited an Indigenous Destination Inspection Company executing one of the Federal Government Contracts on Destination Inspection.
Hon. Udechukwu is presently a Director in the following companies:

He is happily married with children.

Mr. Anthony Achebe
Mr. Anthony Achebe is a Legal Counsel with over twenty years post graduation experience. He earned an LL.B (Hons) degree from the University of Nigeria in 1986 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in March 1988.
He also holds a Masters Degree in International Relations and Strategic Studies which he obtained from the Lagos State University, Nigeria in June 2006.
Mr. Achebe after the mandatory Youth Corp Service programme, started his legal career with the Law Firm of Chief A.O. Mogboh SAN where he served as a Pupil Counsel from September 1988-September 1989.

Mrs Joyce Nton
Mrs. Joyce Nton is the Human Resource Director for The Chrome Group.
She holds a Master's degree in Human Resources, a Post-Graduate Diploma. in Public Administration and a B. A degree in Eng & Litt studies.
As Director HR, she comes with a vast experience from various select private corporations growing through the ranks serving in both Human Resource and Administrative capacity including but not limited to the World Bank Group, Price Waterhouse Coopers, and Michael Stevens Consulting amongst others.
She is also a member of the chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM)

Mrs. Dayo Peters
Mrs. Peters is the Managing Director of the CIBL. She is an associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria who also holds a B.Sc. in Actuarial Science from the University of Lagos (UNILAG). Folashade has over eleven year's practical experience in broking and insurance underwriting with specialization in General & life route.
Dayo started her career in 1997 in Libra Insurance Brokers Ltd. She decided to make a career in insurance in 2005 and wrote the insurance professional examination and qualified as Associate of the body in 2007. She rose to the position of a General Manager before taking her exit for a stint with Olbod Insurance Agency as the Chief Operating Officer before joining Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc. in 2004.
She worked in the said organization in various capacities as an underwriter until late 2007 when she was redeployed to Financial Institutions and Services group in Marketing and Relationship Division.
She is well known within the insurance industry having served in various committees and different levels at the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) and Nigerian Insurers Association (NIA).

Emeka Uzoukwu is an executive within Chrome group, working across varying industries and asset types. He is also registered independent business/financial consultant. He is a fully licensed Stockbroker and Investment Adviser Representative (Series 7, 66, California Life Insurance Agent) with over 15 years’ post-licensing experience.
He was formerly a Wealth Manager at Citi Smith Barney. Prior to Citi Smith Barney, Mr. Uzoukwu was a Guided Portfolio Manager/ Investment Associate with Salomon Smith Barney (SSB, a subsidiary of Citigroup). Mr. Uzoukwu started his professional career at Merrill Lynch where he was a Financial Consultant/Certified Financial Manager.
Emeka Uzoukwu has attended Executive Education Programs at Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management. He received his MBA from Loyola Marymount University Los Angeles, California and earned a B.A. in Economics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges Geneva, New York.

Mr. Ikenna is an investment officer with the Principal investment unit of the Chrome group. He has a strong passion for finance with vested interests in emerging markets, financial analysis & advising, client interactions, deal structuring and strategic investments. He is also a current CFA candidate who has successfully passed the CFA level 1 exam in December 2013.
He was formerly an assistant portfolio manager at BGL private Equity a wholly owned subsidiary of BGL plc, one of Nigeria’s leading independent investment banking institutions. Prior to BGL, Mr. Ikenna had a brief stint as an applications analyst with Interra Networks an IT firm that provided outsourcing capabilities as well as IT solutions for its clients.
Ikenna Abaribe holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Babcock University Ogun state and a Masters degree in International Business from Grenoble Graduate School of Business, Grenoble, France.
